The Traveling Pedicurist offers Safe & Sanitary Foot Care Services in the Triad state of North Carolina. We use disposable pedicure liners that protect our clients against the transfer of micro- organisms, bacteria, nail fungus and other nail diseases. Our services include: Pedicures, Manicures, Foot Soaks & Trims, Foot and Leg Circulation Massages and Hygiene Foot Washes with Callus Reduction Services. Our pedicure liners are thrown away after every use in view of each client. This ensures our customers that we care about their safety and concerns when we service them!
Our tools are thoroughly rinsed, cleaned, disinfected and/or sterilized by using a hospital grade solution or autoclave sterilization process. This sanitation and disinfection process is the only means of disease and bacteria prevention that can be verified and guaranteed by the technician; as mandated by The Board of North Carolina Arts and Cosmetics. Proper PPE to include Mask and Gloves is worn for each client. Our goal is to provide our community and residents with affordable and safe nail care services. Unfortunately, our services are not covered under health insurance; but our prices are within reason for the services and professionalism we offer. Our technicians are licensed in the state of North Carolina and through The Board of North Carolina Arts and Cosmetics. We will not perform any service that is not within our scope of practice. This includes ingrown toenail removal. This is considered a medical procedure and should only be performed by your podiatrist or primary care physician. If you do not have a physician and need help with selecting a reputable podiatrist- we may be of assistance to you. Your Traveling Pedicurist works with seniors, diabetics and the disabled population. We service Women on maternity bed rest, people who are blind, in-patient hospital, home-bound, and hospice care. If you have a loved one who suffers from Alzheimer's or dementia, you can rest assured, they are in good hands with us. Your technicians specialize in senior care and home-bound needs. We will service athletic facilities to facilitate a foot care wellness regimen to include massage therapy, by request. Time is taken to trim your toenails and massage your feet and legs based on your comfort level. You will never feel rushed when we are servicing you. All of our services are scheduled by APPOINTMENT ONLY; this means you are first in line all the time. If you have diabetes or disabled; we welcome you to try our services. We offer preventative nail care services to help with routine nail care. This will help prevent against ingrown toenails, calluses, dead skin, bacteria build up, foot odor, long poorly shaped toenails and much more. If you have large calluses or rough skin on the bottom of your feet, it is important for you to know that we do not use a blade to remove or soften these problem areas. Maintain healthy and vibrant feet while at home. In between your Pedicure services with your foot care service provider; you can keep your calluses and dry skin to a minimum by simply exfoliating weekly or daily with your Pumi Bar. Manage your toenail Fungus. Purchase our artisan crafted Antifungal Oil for home use. For best results apply to freshly debrided toenails.
Wellness +PLUS Pedicure....$155.00
There will be an incremental charge of $78.00/per hr. for each additional hour after the first two hours of allotted service time specifically for the Wellness +PlUS footcare service.
Q: Why is the Wellness +PLUS charged an hourly rate after the first initial (2) hours?
A: The Wellness +PLUS often involves more time and effort in order to get the necessary results as expected. Most often clients receiving this service have severe challenges and need the proper steps taken; with precision to effectively and efficiently take care of their footcare concerns. However, typically the allotted time of (2-hours) is usually a sufficient amount of time for most clients getting this particular service.
This service is recommended for clients with extreme callus formation and severe excessive skin build-up around the soles and entire perimeter of the feet. A foot bath is required and necessary to soften the hardened callus and skin on the feet.
