How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the US! We also offer expedited shipping for a fee if you need your order ASAP.
How long will it take to get my order?
6-8 business days from time of order to time of delivery.
​How will my order be shipped?
Domestic orders will be delivered by either USPS or UPS; and international orders will be delivered by DHL or USPS International.

We want you to love your slides, but because we sell custom, made-to-order products. If you are not completely satisfied; we want to hear from you as we are always striving to improve our products and our customer experience.

Here are our guidelines with respect to returns:
  • Any issues with an order must be communicated within 30 days of purchase.
  • We will replace defective products and products that have been damaged during shipping.
  • We will not accept returns for aesthetic reasons.
  • You will be responsible for shipping returned items.

What are your slides made out of?
The soles are made of PU rubber and the straps are polyester backed with neoprene for comfort. 

If you have "flat" feet and need a little extra padding, these slides have a slight built in arch to give your feet an extra support cushion
